Prism Technical Management & Marketing Services, LLC (Prism Technical) was incorporated in 1995. It is a private sector, for profit business, created to assure the diversity of workers and legitimate contracting practices on major construction projects funded with tax payer funds.

Having monitored and analyzed millions of hours in construction and production labor, we realized our strength in evaluating small business capacity, analyzing divergent data and predicting outcomes. From this, the Prism Technical:analysis business unit was the canonized. Projects include statistical studies, capacity analysis, customer satisfaction and effectiveness studies.
Prism Technical Institute (PTI)
In 2005, after a decade of operation and more than $2 billion in construction projects and unprecedented success on Wisconsin’s most prestigious projects, Prism executives recognized the need to create educational programs and Mentor-Protégé relationships designed to elevate the business skills of the small business owners that benefit from its core participation assurance business.
In 2009, working with the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) PTI created a unique internship program for engineering and science students from the MMSD sewer service area.
