Graduating from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 1977, our founder, Randy Crump was amongst the first graduating class of INROADS, Inc. - Wisconsin and the first engineering graduate.  He served on the local board for a number of years and is committed to the concept and success of the local, national and international organization.

During Miller Park, Prism Technical served as an Inroads Sponsoring Company for two engineering students.  The students worked as interns under the HCH Miller Park Joint Venture.  At the time, no other public or private construction project had ever utilized Inroads students as interns.

Excerpt from the Inroads Inc. website:  It's no secret that for years, people of color -- African Americans, Hispanics, and Native Americans -- were noticeably absent from the ranks of corporate North America.   By June of 1970, it was time to make a change.

It was at that time that Frank C. Carr, our late founder, planted the seeds for what INROADS has become today. Inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s landmark "I Have a Dream" speech, Frank quit his executive level corporate day job and committed to taking swift and decisive action to increase the number of people of color in corporate management in the U.S., and to help change the way people of color gained entry into the business world.   For the rest of the history click here,.
