December 15, 2003 -- Prism Technical
Management & Marketing Services, LLC proudly announces that Lafayette L. Crump,
Esq., will become a Prism Technical Associate in January, 2004.
A graduate of Duke University School of Law and its
undergraduate school, Lafayette joins Prism after 5 years of serving private and
public sector clients, large and small, while practicing law at Quarles & Brady
and Foley & Lardner.
Attorney Crump's experience includes corporate law,
litigation, deal and settlement negotiation, trial practice, copyright and
trademark defense, contract drafting and compliance, government affairs,
construction law, nonprofit advisement, school law, criminal and civil appellate
work, and maintenance of franchise/distributor relationships.
The arrival of Lafayette at Prism Technical brings an
additional creative and dedicated mind to craft and execute strategies to meet
the goals of Prism's clients, as well as a logical expansion of Prism's core
