CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

Prism works with the project Owner, design professionals and contractors to ensure proper construction methods, materials, equipment and personnel are employed throughout the project and monitor the contractor's progress and compliance with the contract.

To ensure the successful and on time completion of the project Prism assesses the contractor's sequence of operations and progress schedule. We act as the mediator between the Owner and all other parties involved.

Prism conducts periodic site visits to keep track of a project's progression. From these site visits we use information gathered to appropriately manage all professionals and subcontractors involved.
