Michigan Commons

  • Five-story, 99-unit affordable housing project located on seven acres near North Michigan and West James Lovell in the West Town neighborhood of Downtown Milwaukee

  • Prism played a key role in ensuring compliance with inclusion requirements

  • Michigan Commons  has successfully fulfilled its goals.

Michigan Commons Apartments

Corliss

  • The project is led by Bear Development (Bear), with Construction Management Associates (CMA) as the General Contractor. Prism Technical Management & Marketing Services, LLC (Prism) has been contracted to assist in the achievement of project inclusion requirements

  • 10 Acre site with 576 Affordable Housing units

  • Project Site location at Filer & Stowell complex southeast of South First and East Becher streets in the Bay View /Harbor District neighborhood of Milwaukee.

  • The largest private affordable housing development in Wisconsin

  • Project expecting to be completed in 2026

The Couture

  • Leb by Barrett Lo Visionary Development

  • Prism Hired as the inclusion consultant

  • 44-Story Couture project, home to 322 luxury apartments, was twelve years in the making

  • Project of the year by the Daily Reporter

  • Project Partners City of MKE Public Infrastructure TIF , City of MKE Sewer Relocation Funding ,Milwaukee County Land Acquisition , HUD Loan Guarantee and AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust

MSP Mayfair Collection Apartments

(Wauwatosa Project)

  • The Project Developer is MSP Real Estate and MSP Construction is the General Contractor

  • Housing development located East of Hwy 45 and North Wauwatosa.

  • Prism was hired by Wauwatosa to work as inclusion monitors

  • Two apartment buildings (one general occupancy and one age restricted to 55 +) with a combined total of 80 units, 56 of which will be affordable at the 30-60% CMI level.

  • 50-unit multi-family apartment project located at 6400 River Parkway, Wauwatosa, WI.

  • The Project Developer is MSP Real Estate and MSP Construction is the General Contractor

  • Prism was hired by Wauwatosa to work as a inclusion monitors

Welford Sanders Historic Lofts

  • 59 affordable apartment homes in the Harambee Neighborhood

  • Martin Luther King Economic Development Corporation redeveloped the property with Catalyst Construction as the CG

  • Prism was contracted to assist in the achievement of project inclusion requirements
