  • Managed workforce participation tracking and reporting

The Hop Streetcar

  • Served as the Workforce, DBE and Federal Title VI Monitor for the first phase of The Hop - the Milwaukee Streetcar project

  • Determined the DBE Goal, developed a workforce inclusion plan and monitored achievement of all targets for the M Line.

  • Sparked Prism’s expansion into large-scale project leadership across the state
