Randy Crump

Founder & CEO

Randy is a trained engineer who built his business by solving real-world problems others overlooked. After a successful early career at Eaton Corporation, he launched his own firm stepping into roles that shaped city policy and led to Prism’s founding in 1995. Since then, he’s become a go-to partner for large-scale projects like American Family Field, Northwestern Mutual, and the Milwaukee Bucks, known for turning inclusion goals into real outcomes.

Joann Crump

Chief Administrative Officer

Joann leads Prism’s administrative and reporting systems across a wide range of public and private projects. Her expertise spans financial management, project compliance, certified payroll, data collection, and technical reporting. Joann has developed custom tracking tools and reports for clients like the Milwaukee Bucks, MMSD, and Milwaukee Public Schools. With deep experience in operational oversight, she ensures project data is accurate, reporting is timely, and internal systems run smoothly, making her a critical backbone of Prism’s day-to-day execution.

Keesha Jones-Sutton

Chief Strategy Officer

Keesha is a seasoned engagement strategist who leads Prism’s public involvement, community engagement, and strategic initiatives. With more than two decades of experience in outreach, planning, and leadership, she bridges the gap between agencies and communities through thoughtful, inclusive engagement. She also brings extensive expertise in event planning and facilitation, overseeing everything from public meetings to large-scale community events. Her work has shaped outreach for major infrastructure projects with a consistent focus on access, education, and trust-building.

Taylor Franklin

Project Manager

Taylor plays a key leadership role in managing Prism’s workforce and contract compliance programs. She supervises project assistants and leads the coordination of community benefit initiatives centered on inclusive workforce hiring, small business engagement, and prevailing wage compliance. Taylor monitors certified payroll, oversees contractor and subcontractor documentation, and ensures accountability in meeting client goals and project requirements. Her commitment to process improvement and clear reporting supports Prism’s reputation for excellence in compliance, tracking, and client service delivery.
