Prism Technical Celebrates 30 Years
Thirty years is worth celebrating!
In the summer of 2025, Prism Technical celebrated 30 years in business surrounded by family, friends, clients, partners, team members and people who have been part of our journey along the way.
And we couldn’t have picked a more fitting place to celebrate.
Our 30th Anniversary Celebration was held at the Northwestern Mutual Legends Club at American Family Field.
Long before it became American Family Field, the construction of Miller Park was Prism Technical’s first major project.
So, in many ways, celebrating there brought us right back to where our story began.
From One Project to 30 Years of Impact
What started with one project has grown into three decades of work throughout Milwaukee, Wisconsin and beyond.
Over the years, Prism has worked alongside public agencies, developers, contractors, businesses and community organizations to help make sure major projects create opportunities for the people and communities around them.
Our work has included community engagement, workforce development, business participation, project management and connecting people and businesses to opportunities created through major investments in our communities.
You can see Prism’s footprint throughout Milwaukee. From American Family Field to Northwestern Mutual, The Couture, Westlawn, The Corliss and many other projects, we are proud to have played a role in work that has helped shape our city.
But our 30-year story is about more than projects.
It is about people, relationships and opportunity.
A Night to Celebrate
Our anniversary celebration gave us a chance to recognize the people who helped Prism reach this milestone and reflect on just how far we’ve come.
The evening included a special recognition of Prism Technical and our 30 years of service and impact. The Mayor of Milwaukee and the Milwaukee County Executive each presented proclamations recognizing Prism’s 30th anniversary and our contributions to the community.
We also heard from friends, partners and colleagues who shared memories and reflected on Prism’s journey and the relationships built along the way.
And then, of course, we celebrated!
Guests enjoyed an evening of food, music, laughter and reconnecting with people who have been part of Prism’s story throughout the years.
The People Behind the Work
Thirty years does not happen because of one person.
It happens because of employees who show up and do the work. Clients who trust us. Partners who collaborate with us. Businesses and community members who allow us to work alongside them. And friends and family who support the people behind Prism.
Some have been with us for years. Others have joined our story more recently. Each has played a part in helping Prism become what it is today.
To everyone who has worked with us, partnered with us, supported us, challenged us and believed in what we were building, thank you.
30 Years Down. And We’re Not Done Yet.
We are proud of the past 30 years, but we are just as excited about what comes next.
There are still communities to engage, businesses to support, people to connect with opportunities and projects to help move forward.
Thirty years later, Prism Technical is still here, still evolving and still committed to doing work that makes a difference.
